I realize Craig has been through so many tests, and poked and prodded so many thousands of times that you probably do not want to hear this but I strongly encourage you to have the brain MRI done again.

If they had reported back to you that Craig has a "cancer-free brain" or "tumor-free brain", I wouldn't feel it necessary to speak out on this.  But "HEALTHY BRAIN???" - not a shot in hell.  I worked with Craig the last four years.  This doesn't pass the straight-face test.

Demand a refund and get another test.

I'm not a physician but I am sleeping in a Holiday Inn Express tonight (okay, a Hilton Garden Inn, but I really feel just as smart) so don't ignore me on this.
